Easily configure dynamic, state-aware text blocks at the top and bottom of standard Odoo reports. Define distinct texts for Quotations, Orders, RFQs, Purchase Orders, and Invoices directly from the settings.
Seamlessly integrates with all core Odoo external layouts (Standard, Striped, Boxed, Bold) with smart positioning and multi-language support.
1. Sales Settings Configuration
Configure distinct top and bottom texts for Quotations and Confirmed Sale Orders directly in the Sales settings.
2. Quotation Report PDF
State-based additional text injection seamlessly integrated into the Quotation report.
3. Sale Order Report PDF
See the custom text cleanly injected above the document title and below the totals on the Sale Order PDF.
4. Sale Order Confirmation Action
Upon confirming a Quotation, the system automatically transitions the printed text blocks to match the Sale Order configuration.
5. Confirm Sale Order & Quote
As shown in the image below, the additional text will automatically update to reflect the document's current state.
6. Multi-Language Translations
Add translations for each active language directly from the settings menu.
7. Translated Report PDF
Ensure your customers and vendors always see the report additional text in their preferred language!
8. Purchase Report PDF
The texts rendered cleanly on Purchase documents (RFQs and POs).
