This module allows the odoo users Integration with hello Sign (Dropbox Sign). We will send emails to users asking them to sign the document (Sale Order) after setting up the adobesign email. Use the hello Sign (Dropbox Sign) to retrieve the document.
Installation
- Copy hello_sign module to addons folder
- Install the module normally like other modules.
1. Hello Sign (Dropbox Sign) API Settings
DropBox Sign -> Settings -> API -> Generate Key
odoo -> Hello Sign -> Configuration -> Settings
2. Send Sale Quotation for Sign
Sales -> Quotations -> Hello Sign
Open Review and Sign Link from email
Sign the Document
Fetch the Signed Document
Signed Document
3. Cron Job
Settings -> Scheduled Actions -> HelloSign: Fetch Signed Documents
