Hikvision Device Menu.
A new menu has been added to the Attendance Module for configuring the Hikvision Device. You can find this option under Attendance --> Hikvision Device.
Test Connection
Create a new hikvision device by configuring the device's IP, username and password, and then test the connection to ensure it is working.
Download today's days Attendance
Download the attendance records for a day from this button click.
Download All Attendance
Download all the attendances manually from the device using this button.
Fetch Employees
Clicking the Fetch Employees button allows you to manually fetch employee information from the machine.
Fetch Logs
Clicking the Fetch Logs button will fetch the attendance logs and will be visible in Hikvison Logs menu.
Set Time
We can set the time of the device as the same as Our system uses this button click.
User Management
By clicking this button, a wizard will open to manage users.
Here we have several options for managing users. By selecting 'create user,' we can create users for the device. By selecting 'update user,' we can update users in the device. By selecting 'delete user,' we can delete users from the device.
Hikvison Logs
We can see all the fetched Logs in this menu.
This is the view of the logs.
Daily Check-in & Check-out
We can view the daily check-in & check-out of employees from the employee form view.
HR Approval
If the daily work hour is not met by employee, an approval is needed for them from the HR
After enabling the boolean we can see an Attendance Approval menu
Now this employee only worked for 4 hours, which is less than the total working hour.
This employee will receive an e-mail asking for the reason and the employees can submit the reason by clicking on submit.
By clicking on submit, employee will be redirected to submit the reason. After providing reason submit it for approval from HR.
HR can Approve or reject it.
On approving an e-mail is sent to employee.
On rejecting a wizard will open to add the reject reason and what type of leave is for the employee.
Here we will be able to see if the employee already has any time-off allocated, if it's there we can choose those and also marking half/full day leaves.
Also a rejection e-mail will be sent to employee.
We can see the approved/rejected request in the Attendance Approval menu.

When an employee doesn't meet the required daily work hours, the system automatically sends an email requesting a reason. Employees submit their explanation, and HR can then approve or reject the request. If rejected, HR can assign leave types and send rejection reasons via email.
