This app enables your company's employees (internal users) to propose and submit ideas through the platform. Once an idea is approved by the HR Officer, employees from the relevant department(s) can cast their votes to support or prioritize the idea.
Main Features:
- Employee Idea Creation: Employees can create and submit ideas for approval to the HR Officer.
- Customizable Idea Types: HR Officers can define various idea types, allowing employees to categorize their submissions accordingly.

- HR Officers have full visibility of all employee-submitted ideas.
- They can approve or reject ideas based on evaluation.

- Employees can submit and post their ideas for approval through the platform.

- HR Managers can define various idea types, allowing employees to select and create ideas within the specified categories.

HR Manager: Idea Approval & Rejection
- HR Managers can view all employee-submitted ideas and decide which ones to approve or reject. Once an idea is approved, employees are able to vote on it. Upon approval by the HR Manager, an email notification is broadcast to all users of the system.
Vote Button: Empower Employee Input
- Only the departments authorized to vote are allowed to cast their votes on ideas. Please note that department configurations for voting eligibility can be set in the Idea Type settings.
