Employee Offenses and Disciplinary Notice Management in Odoo

This module enables the HR team to generate warning notices for employees in response to various offenses that violate company policies and regulations.

Main Features:

  • Offense Configuration Management: Allows HR/Employee Officer(s) to define and configure various types of offenses within the system.
  • Creation of Employee Warning Notices: Enables HR/Employee Officers to issue warning notices to employees for specific offenses based on company policy violations.
  • Approval and Confirmation of Warning Notices: Provides HR Officers with the capability to review and confirm warning notices before they are officially issued to employees.
  • Notification Delivery to Employees: Facilitates the sending of warning notices to employees for breaching company rules and regulations.
  • Employee Access to Warning Notices: Allows employees to view their own warning notices via the Notice menu within the application.
