Generate Leave Allocation

Generate leave allocations for paid leaves dynamically by company, employees, positions and departments

Before generating allocation

1. In Employee, don't forget below fields in private information

  • employment date
  • gender

2. In Leave Type, please set up below fields in private information

  • Allowed Days
  • Need to prorate ?
  • Gender

3. Final State

After all set up, go to Management > Generate Allocation Menu and create new one.

When action confirmed, Allocations will be generated. Generator can adjust allowed days before generating allocation

Generating is pretty fast and can help big data because sql is used instead of python code

Remark: Schedule is set up to generate allocation automatically on every first day of coming year
