The system allows configuration of KPI evaluation methods with adjustable weightings for local employment and training efforts. It supports automated score calculations, detailed result tracking, and historical reference, enabling compliance reporting and strategic workforce planning.

- ICV KPI Method Configuration:
- Allows ICV administrators to define KPI evaluation methods centered around employee and training metrics.
- Each method includes a calculation strategy (e.g., employee based ICV or training spend on locals).
- Supports separate weightings for local workforce and training investment contributions.
- ICV Score Wizard:
- A user friendly wizard guides users through the evaluation process.
- Users select a KPI method, company, and reporting period.
- The wizard automatically links the method to the appropriate calculation strategy.
- Automated Score Calculation:
- Evaluates active workforce data to calculate:
- Local workforce percentage
- Total training spend and local training spend
- Applies the defined weightings to compute:
- Local workforce score
- Training investment score
- Combined ICV score
- Result Logging and Review:
- Automatically stores all evaluation results for auditing and traceability.

Workflow:
- Define KPI Methods (ICV Administrator):
- KPI methods are created in the backend, specifying:
- A calculation strategy (employee or training based)
- Local workforce and training weightings
- Launch ICV Score Wizard (User):
- Users start the ICV calculation using the wizard interface.
- The user selects:
- KPI method
- Reporting period
- Company context
- Strategy Mapping and Score Calculation:
- The system maps the selected method to the corresponding strategy:
- Employee ICV Calculation or Training Spend on Locals
- It retrieves:
- Total active workforce
- Local employees based on nationality
- Training participation and costs
- It calculates:
- Workforce and training contribution percentages
- Weighted scores
- Final ICV score
- Store and Review Results:
- Results are saved in the history log (ICV Result History).
- The result record includes:
- Total/local workforce metrics
- Training spend breakdown
