HR Kudos Fun

Peer-to-peer appreciation with weekly ranking and simple employee badges.

Main Features

  • Send kudos with a short message to internal colleagues.
  • Tag each kudos with categories such as Helpful, Teamwork, and Creative.
  • Separate menus for My Sent and My Received kudos.
  • Weekly ranking snapshot generated automatically by a scheduled action.
  • Kudos counters and badge level shown on employee profile.

Security & Access

  • All internal users can create kudos and read ranking data.
  • Users cannot give kudos to themselves.
  • Kudos Manager group can manage all kudos, tags, and ranking records.
  • Configuration menus are visible only to Kudos Managers.

Quick Workflow

  1. Open Kudos and create a new kudos message.
  2. Select a receiver and optional tags.
  3. Track appreciation in list, graph, and pivot views.
  4. Review weekly ranking in Kudos / Weekly Ranking.
