Manual Attendance Request for Employees (Employee Check-In/Out)
This module allows employees to request manual attendance when they forget to check in/out.It ensures transparency, proper approval flow,
and automatic attendance entry creation once approved.

Key Features:
- Employee Self Request: Employees can create manual attendance requests only for themselves.
- HR & Manager Control: HR can request attendance for any employee; managers can request for their team.
- Approval Workflow: Requests can only be approved or rejected by the HR user or employee’s manager.
- Reset to Draft: Allowed only for Submitted or Rejected requests.
- Automatic Attendance Creation: Upon approval, the system automatically creates an attendance entry for the selected date/time.
- Access Restrictions: Employees cannot approve or reject their own requests.
Description:
1. A new menu “Manual Attendance Request” allows employees to easily request check-in/check-out manually.
2. Employees can view all their submitted, approved, and rejected manual attendance requests in one place.
3. Simple form for employees to enter missing attendance details like date, check-in/out time, and reason.
4. Once submitted, requests await HR or Manager approval. Employees cannot approve or reject their own requests.
5. HR or Manager can view and manage all employee manual attendance requests with one click.
6. Once approved, the system automatically creates an attendance entry for the employee on the specified date/time.
7. Approved manual requests instantly generate attendance records in the Odoo Attendance module.
8. Employees can revise and resubmit requests that were rejected or pending.
9. Access control ensures employees can only manage their own requests, while HR and Managers have broader access.
