Cancel payslips and return them to a workable rejected state.

Payroll users can cancel payslips directly when corrections are needed.
The module clears the linked accounting impact and moves the payslip back into a rejected state for follow-up.

How It Works
- Open the payslip that needs correction.
- Use the cancel action added by the module.
