Account Filter for Dynamic Accounting Reports
Odoo's Dynamic Accounting Reports are powerful — but filtering by a specific GL account isn't available out of the box. This module adds a native Accounts filter, so your finance team can drill down to exactly the accounts they need — instantly, without leaving the report.
Enable the Accounts Filter per Report
Open any Dynamic Accounting Report configuration and navigate to the
Options tab.
Under the
Filters
section, simply enable the
Accounts
checkbox — the filter will appear on that report immediately.
Enable it only where you need it, keep it clean everywhere else.
Filter by Account Directly on the Report
The
Accounts
button appears in the report toolbar — right alongside
Journals
and
Date Range.
Click it to open a searchable dropdown showing all GL accounts
with their codes and names — select one or more,
and the report refreshes instantly to show only the selected accounts.
