App Access Control
Restrict access to specific menus and models for selected users based on session-level locks.
Smart Unlock Memory
Unlock menus or models once per session per user. Remembers unlocked access until logout or session clear.
Popup-Based Lock Prompt
Displays a dynamic popup when a user accesses a restricted model or menu, asking for unlock confirmation.
Session Expiry Management
Automatically expires session-based unlocks after a configurable time via scheduled cron job.
Dynamic User Locking
Lock specific users from accessing sensitive parts of the system without affecting others.
DOM Tampering Detection
Detects and recovers the lock popup if removed manually using browser inspect tools.
Action-Triggered Locking
Triggers lock checks dynamically on action change and prevents UI interaction if locked.
Step 1 : Enable app access from settings.
Activate the App Access Control feature by enabling the option in the system settings. This allows you to manage user access restrictions on specific menus and models .After enable click on Manage app access button for setup app access.
Step 2 : Setup as per your need.
Done : Now you can see Popup as per configuration.
