How It Works
To Disable picking Transfer create a sale order with immidiate payment term..
Click on Validate Option and create an invoice for that..
To activate Block shipping Boolean Flag click on confirm button..
Now here sale order payment terms is immidiate payment term and invoice is unpaid so you can see Block For shipping Is true and you can not see validate option.
If you will click on payment option For that invoice Block For shipping flag is false and you can validate it.
