Hyros is a leading ad attribution and analytics platform for high-volume digital advertisers. This connector bridges Odoo Sales with your Hyros account so every confirmed Sale Order is automatically pushed to Hyros — giving you precise revenue attribution against your ad spend without any manual exports or data entry.
The module hooks directly into Odoo's order confirmation event. Once configured with your Hyros API key, no further action is required for new orders. For orders confirmed before the module was installed, a one-click Hyros button and a batch Action › Sync to Hyros option let you back-fill your attribution data quickly. Every sync — automatic or manual — writes a timestamped log note to the order's Chatter, giving your team a clean and auditable record.

Manual Resync — Single Order
A Hyros button appears in the top action bar of every Sale Order, letting users trigger a sync without leaving the record.
Navigate to Sales › Orders › Orders and open the relevant order.
The button is in the top action bar alongside standard buttons (Send by Email, Print, etc.).
Scroll to the Chatter to confirm the sync log note was written with a success timestamp.

To back-fill attribution for orders confirmed before the module was installed:
Switch to the list view.
Use date or status filters to narrow down the relevant orders, then check the checkbox next to each one.
Open the Action dropdown and choose the Hyros resync option to push all selected orders at once.
Open individual order records to confirm a log note was written for each synced order.

Duplicate syncs are safe. The connector is idempotent — sending the same order more than once updates the existing Hyros record rather than creating a duplicate. Log Notes on Order Records Every sync event — automatic or manual — writes a log note to the Sale Order's Chatter. Log notes are internal and are never sent to the customer.
