Employee Forecast Performance Report
Introducing the Employee Performance Report Forecasting Tool
This Odoo module provides a comprehensive Employee Performance Forecast Report based on timesheet data. It enables managers and HR professionals to evaluate how employee time is distributed across projects and forecast future performance trends with access controls .
How It Works – Visual Walkthrough
Create a New Forecast
Navigate to Timesheet Forecast under the menu. From the calendar view, click a date or the Create button to add a new forecast. Timesheets will be auto-populated based on your inputs.

Manager Access to Team Forecasts
Managers can open forecast records of their team (child employees) to review performance and manage workflows.

Track Discrepancies
Easily compare Forecasted Hours vs Actual Logged Hours. Managers can flag differences and send emails using the Discrepancy Mail button.

Manager Actions
Managers can take quick actions such as Send Reminder, Request Timesheet Fill, or Mark as Completed after verifying entries.

Easy Visualization of Team Forecasts
Use the Kanban view to quickly review team performance and manage workflows at a glance.
