Export invoices from Odoo to POHODA XML format in one click
Bridge Between Odoo and POHODA
Running Odoo for your business but still need POHODA for local accounting and tax filing? This module lets you export posted invoices directly to POHODA XML format - fully compliant with Stormware's XML import specification.
No server-side code, no technical setup. Works natively with Odoo Online (SaaS) and on-premise installations alike. The entire export runs in your browser.

Features
One-Click Export
Export button on both invoice form view and list view. Select multiple invoices and export them all at once as a ZIP archive.
Valid POHODA XML
Generates XML that conforms to the POHODA XML import specification. Tested with POHODA E1, SQL, and Komplet editions.
Full Validation
Before export, the module validates all required fields. Clear warnings tell you exactly what needs to be fixed.
Customer & Vendor
Supports both customer invoices (issued) and vendor bills (received). Each type maps to the correct POHODA document type.
Odoo Online Compatible
No server access required. Works with Odoo SaaS/Online. The export runs entirely in the browser using standard Odoo APIs.
ZIP Download
Multiple invoices are bundled into a single ZIP file for convenient batch import into POHODA.
How It Works
- Navigate to Accounting → Invoices
- Open an invoice or select multiple invoices in list view
- Click the "Export POHODA" button
- Review validation (if any warnings appear, fix and retry)
- Download the XML file (or ZIP for multiple invoices)
- Import the file into POHODA via Soubor → Datová komunikace → XML import
Requirements
- Odoo 18.0 (Community or Enterprise)
- Accounting module installed
- POHODA with XML import support (E1, SQL, Komplet, or higher)
