Features
One-Click Export
Export button directly in the purchase order list view. Select one or multiple confirmed orders and export them all at once.
Valid Money S3 XML
Generates XML that conforms to the Money S3 import specification (ObjVyd structure). Tested with Money S3 editions supporting XML import.
Full Order Details
Each export includes document number, dates, vendor name and ICO, line items with quantities, unit prices, and VAT rates.
VAT Rate Mapping
Automatically maps Odoo tax rates to Money S3 standard rates (0%, 12%, 21%). Handles untaxed lines correctly.
Multi-Order Export
Export multiple purchase orders into a single XML file. Orders are sorted by date for consistent import ordering.
Download as File
The exported XML is saved as an Odoo attachment and automatically downloaded. No server access required.
How It Works
- Navigate to Purchase → Orders
- Select one or more confirmed purchase orders
- Click Action → Export to Money S3
- The XML file downloads automatically
- Import the XML file into Money S3
