To import an Employee image, navigate to Employees and click on 'Import Employee Image' menu. A wizard will open for uploading the import file.

To import an Partner image, navigate to Contacts and click on 'Import Partner Image' menu. A wizard will open for uploading the import file.

While configuring a backup, selecting the Zip option will include the filestore in the backup, while choosing the Dump option will create a backup without the filestore.
