1. If you want to import products using the "Take Details From The Product" option then follow the provided XLS format.

Import Purchase Order Lines Menu

The purchase order form contains a dedicated button that allows users to open the import wizard. This button provides quick access to upload files and import multiple purchase order lines at once.

Import Purchase Order Lines Wizard

The import wizard allows users to upload properly formatted XLS or CSV files containing purchase order data. Users can select different options to control how product details should be retrieved and how products should be identified. This makes it possible to import large numbers of purchase order lines quickly and efficiently.

Purchase Order Lines Views

After successfully importing the file using the "Take Details From The Product" option, the purchase order lines will automatically display the product details fetched from the existing product records. This ensures consistency in product pricing, units of measure, and product descriptions.
