Multi-Company Email Signatures
Multi-Company Email Signatures enables users to maintain separate email signatures for each company within a multi-company Odoo environment. The module automatically loads the appropriate signature based on the currently active company, ensuring professional communication and consistent company branding across all outgoing emails.
This module introduces a new per-company signature sub-table
(res.users.signature).
Your existing signatures stored in
res.users.signature
field will be automatically migrated to the new table on installation via
post_init_hook.
⚠️ Please take a full database backup before installing this module. The migration is one-way and existing signature values on the user record will no longer be used after installation.

Multiple Signature Creation Methods
Draw: Create a handwritten signature using the mouse or touch screen. Type: Generate a signature by typing the user's name in a selected font style. Upload: Upload an existing signature image from the local system.
Easy Management
Add multiple company-specific signatures from a single screen. Remove unwanted signatures using the delete icon. Add new company signature entries using the "Add a line" option.
