Install and Enable Order Versioning
Once installed, the module introduces version control capabilities for quotations and sales orders. Users can maintain multiple revisions without losing previous records, ensuring complete traceability of changes.
Confirm a quotation to create a Sales Order and unlock powerful version management capabilities. View
Users can continue using the standard Odoo sales flow. Once the order is confirmed, new revisions can be created whenever changes are required, without modifying the original document.
Create New Versions with Revision Details View
The module creates a new revision while preserving the original order. Users can specify the reason for the modification, such as price changes or quantity adjustments, along with additional comments for better documentation.
Compare Order Revisions with Ease View
The comparison screen displays quantities, subtotals, and product changes side by side, helping users quickly identify modifications made between different versions.
Configure Order Version Display View
Administrators can decide whether all versions should appear in quotations and order lists or only the latest active version should be displayed.
Enable Automatic Cancellation for Previous Versions View
When this option is enabled, confirming a newer version automatically cancels older confirmed versions, ensuring that only the latest revision remains active.
Maintain a Single Active Order Version View
Previous versions remain accessible for reference while users can quickly navigate to the latest active revision for accurate order processing.
View Version History Directly from Quotations View

For printing images in the report first we have enable 'Show Product image in the report' option in the configuration settings.
