Internal Money Transfer (with Clearing Account)
The Internal Money Transfer module provides a robust, auditable workflow to move funds between your company's bank and cash journals. Transfers are routed through an intermediate (clearing) account to ensure proper separation of source and destination movements and easier reconciliation.

How It Works
- Create a transfer and choose Source and Destination journals
- (Optional) Set an Intermediate Account; otherwise, the company Liquidity Transfer account is used
- Submit for approval → an Accounting Manager approves
- Execute: the module posts two moves on the same date:
- OUT: Credit Source Liquidity, Debit Intermediate
- IN: Debit Destination Liquidity, Credit Intermediate
- Open OUT/IN moves from the smart buttons or the Accounting tab
