How It Works
Get up and running in four simple steps
Enable Portal Visibility
Navigate to the product form and activate Show on Portal for the products you want to share with partners.
Assign Partners
Use the Partners field on the product form to select which vendors or customers should have access to each product's inventory data.
Partners Log In
Vendors and customers log into the Odoo portal and navigate to My Products to view their assigned inventory.
Track & Export
Partners browse stock levels, expand lot details with location breakdowns, search products, and export inventory data to Excel.
