This app allows you to restrict access to journals based on user roles and permissions. It enables the filtering of debit notes, credit notes, sales receipts, purchase receipts, and journal entries, ensuring that only authorized users can view or modify specific records. With this functionality, you can effectively manage and control journal-related data access, providing a secure and efficient way to handle financial transactions and documents.

Journal Access Restriction by User:
This app allows you to restrict access to journals based on user roles. If a user belongs to a restricted group and is allocated only specific journals, the system will filter the journals and related documents (invoices, bills, debit and credit notes, journal entries, sales, and purchase receipts). As a result, the user will only be able to view documents associated with the journals they have access to. -
Limited Access Configuration by Journal Group:
The app provides an option to configure limited access based on journal groups. The restriction will apply only to users within the assigned journal groups, ensuring that the restrictions are specific to the group configuration. -
Filtered Document Visibility:
Users will not be able to see invoices, bills, journal entries, debit and credit notes, or receipts associated with journals they are not authorized to access, ensuring data security and restricting unauthorized access. -
User Group-Based Configuration:
Access restrictions can be easily managed through the user form, allowing configuration of journal access based on specific user groups.
