How It Works
1. Share the Online Link
Simply click the "View Online" button on any Purchase Order to generate a secure, tokenized URL to send to your vendor.
2. Vendor Updates Data
The vendor opens the portal and can modify unit prices, discounts, and delivery dates. The system calculates subtotals in real-time.
3. Direct Chat & Tracking
Any message sent by the vendor appears instantly in your Odoo Purchase Order Chatter, keeping all history in one place.
4. Professional Email Invitation
