Important — What this module does NOT do
⚠ Product data must be created in Kaufland first
This module manages listing data (price, stock, condition) — not product master data. The article must first be created in the Kaufland Seller Portal with complete product data (title, description, images). Afterwards, Odoo manages the listing data via EAN.
- No automatic transfer of product titles, descriptions or images to Kaufland
- No management of Kaufland FBK (Fulfillment by Kaufland)
- Product data translations are handled automatically by Kaufland
Setup & Workflow

Enter API credentials Go to Kaufland → Configuration → Accounts. Enter Client Key and Secret Key from the Kaufland Seller Portal. Use "Test Connection" to verify. |

Configure storefronts Go to Kaufland → Configuration → Storefronts. Create a storefront per country. Configure pricelist, Odoo warehouse, VAT indicator and delivery method. Run "Test Connection". |

Import Kaufland categories Go to Kaufland → Configuration → Categories and import the category tree from Kaufland. |

Create Kaufland article Go to Kaufland → Articles → New. Select the Odoo product, choose storefronts, assign a Kaufland category. Click "Auto-assign EANs". Reload the page, then click "Activate". |

Trigger stock sync In the storefront, click "Sync Stock". The listing is transferred to Kaufland. Allow up to 3 minutes for the listing to appear. |

Configure delivery method for tracking Go to Inventory → Configuration → Delivery Methods. Open a method, select the Kaufland tab and set the carrier code (e.g. DHL, DPD). |

Set up automatic synchronisation Go to Settings → Technical → Scheduled Actions and search for "Kaufland". Enable and configure cron jobs for stock sync, price sync, order import and cancellation check. |
