Kaizen Consignment Management
for Odoo
Kaizen Consignment Management by Kaizen Principles helps sales, inventory, and finance teams control stock placed at customer locations without relying on spreadsheets or guesswork. Administrators can mark customers, products, warehouses, and price lists as âconsignment,â and the module automatically creates and uses dedicated consignment locations and transfers behind the scenes. For consignment orders, available quantities are always calculated from what was actually shipped (minus previous sales and returns), and resulting invoices are clearly flagged as consignment invoices with dedicated ledger, customer, and product BI reports. This keeps ownership and margins fully traceable, prevents overselling and billing mistakes, and gives teams a single, reliable view of all consignment activity while they continue working from standard Odoo Sales, Inventory, and Accounting screens without extra menus or complex workflows.
