From wristband numbers and child links on each POS line to start/end timestamps, sibling discounts, and grace periods, every rule is enforced automatically at the counter. Parents receive a secure, branded portal link to review terms and e-sign; waivers are tokenized, time-stamped, and auto-expired for airtight compliance. Sales Orders are built instantly with add-ons, while paid and remaining amounts stay visible for fast reconciliation. Every booking, signature, and action is logged in Odoo for full traceability. Whether youâre running daily open-play, coordinating weekend parties, or preparing audit reports, this module keeps operations accurate, bookable, and seamlessly integrated with Odoo POS, Sales, and Portal.

Configure Time-Based / Party Package Product
Turn a product into a timed play session or a party package. Tick Is Time-Based, set Product in Minutes, and (optionally) choose an Alternative Product for extra time upsells. For party packages, enable Is Party Package and set the adult/child add-on products plus Free Adults/Children counts. This setup drives POS timers, slot availability, and accurate billing.
Configure Party Package & Add-Ons
Turn this product into a full party package. Enable Is Party Package, set the base Adultâs Product, and choose Additional Adultâs and Additional Childâs products for upsells. Optionally define Free Adults/Children to auto-include in the package. These settings let POS auto-build Sales Order lines, apply correct pricing, and keep headcounts clear during booking and checkout.
Set Weekly Schedule (Party Slots)
Define when this party package is bookable. Add one or more weekday rows and set the From and To times (24-hour format). These windows power the âavailable slotsâ shown to staff and prevent double-booking outside your defined hours.
Start a Sale in POS
From the POS product grid, select a Time-Based session or Party Package to begin. Use the category tabs or search bar to find items, then add them to the cart. When you choose a time-based product, the system will later prompt for child/wristband details and start the session timer; party packages will pull in configured add-ons at checkout.
Select / Create Customer
Choose the purchasing parent/guardian for this sale or click Create to add a new customer. Linking the order ensures child/waiver records, receipts, and party bookings are tied to the correct contact for billing and follow-up.
Manage Customer Actions
Use the menu beside a customer (â°) to Edit Details, view All Orders, or record a Deposit money. These quick actions keep contact info current, show purchase history, and let you take advances before adding items ensuring billing, waivers, and bookings link to the right parent/guardian.
Add Child to Customer Profile
From Edit Partner, click Add Child to register the childâs details (name, relation, DOB). Children linked here drive POS child selection, waiver generation, and party headcounts keeping every session and signature tied to the correct family.
Register Child Details
Enter the childâs information name, gender, date of birth (auto-calculates age), family ID, and Relation with Child then Save. These details power POS child selection, apply age-appropriate rules, and generate the correct e-waiver and party headcounts linked to the parent.
Select Child & Assign Wristband
Pick the child for this time-based product and enter the Wristband Number. Click Apply to lock the band to the session POS will track start/end time, link waivers, and prevent wristband reuse across orders.
Scan QR to Sign Waiver
Show this QR to the parent/guardian to open the secure waiver page on their phone. They review the terms and e-sign; the waiver is tokenized, time-stamped, and linked to the child and POS order. Once signed, the session proceeds and the status updates automatically.
Review Terms & Sign Waiver
The parent/guardian reviews the waiver details (participant, date, contact info) and taps Sign Submit to e-sign on the secure portal. The signature is time-stamped, linked to the child and POS order, and remains valid for 3 months before auto-expiry.
Enter Name & Capture Signature
Type the full name, then choose Auto, Draw, or Load to add the signature. Tap Accept & Sign to submit. The e-signature is securely stored, time-stamped, and linked to the child and POS order, updating the waiver status instantly.
Waiver Submitted Successfully
Confirmation that the parent/guardianâs e-signature was recorded. The waiver is now linked to the child and order, and the session can proceed. Use Go Back to return to the POS/previous page. (Validity and expiry rules apply as configured.)
Create a New Party Booking
Pick the Booking Date, choose a Party Package, and select an available time slot. Enter the expected Children and Adult counts, then Confirm or use Confirm and Pay Advance to generate the Sales Order with an upfront deposit. The system blocks conflicting slots and carries headcounts into billing.
Choose Payment Option
Decide how to bill this party booking: Settle the order now, or take a deposit either a percentage of the total or a fixed amount. Your selection creates the appropriate Sales Order/invoice lines and updates the bookingâs paid/remaining balance.
