After installing this module,the 'Create Backorders' button will be visible in the sales order.Generate a New Sales Order,After creating a new sale order click on 'Create Backorders'
After clicking the "Create Backorders" button, If the sales order quantity for a selected product surpasses the available stock, both the product and the excess quantity will be displayed here. You can also add new products along with their quantities. To create a new backorder for this sales order, click the 'Create Backorder' button, and the backorder will be generated with the backorder product quantity.
You will be seen the backorder associated with that sales order, as well as the backorder quantity of the product in the sales order line.
In the Sales Order, two PDF reports are available: 'PDF QUOTE' and 'QUOTATION/ORDER.' You can view these reports in the product's backorder quantity.
You can view the saleorders that created this backorder.
When you cancel a sale order that was created with a backorder, you will have two options: 'Cancel Main Order Only' and 'Cancel Order with Backorder'.When 'Cancel Main Order Only' is selected, only the main order is canceled, leaving the backorder intact. Conversely, choosing 'Cancel Order with Backorder' will result in the cancellation of both the main order and the backorder.
