Go to Settings --> Manufacturing. Check settings according to your requirements.
Navigate to the Products section and select any product you wish to use for Manufacture On Demand. Create a Bill of Materials and ensure that Manufacture On Demand is enabled.
Navigate to the Sales Menu. Create or select any quotation, then choose the products that are marked as 'Manufacture on Demand'.
You can see that only one manufacturing order has been generated, as the 'Separate Manufacturing Order' setting is now unchecked.
When the 'Separate Manufacturing Order' setting is unchecked, quantities of identical products will be merged into a single manufacturing order.
The source sale order for the current manufacturing order is provided on the Miscellaneous page.
If the 'Separate Manufacturing Order' setting is enabled, a separate manufacturing order will be generated for identical products.
Here are the separate manufacturing orders.
In any case, it is mandatory to cancel the sale order. Please note that the related manufacturing orders will also be cancelled.
The related manufacturing orders have been successfully cancelled.
Navigate to Products, select the desired product, and then click the Replenish button.
There is a restriction on replenishing products when manufacturing on demand is applied to that product.
