Odoo Allow Login as Any User
Allows admin to log in as any user and regular users to access only child users.

Go to the settings menu, select 'User', and then choose 'Login Access'.
After login access is provided, the 'Allow Login As Any User' menu will become visible.
If the login access level is set to administrator ,you can view all users. If the login access level is set to user ,you will be able to view child users. Verify if the portal user is a child of the current user. To determine this, the partner's salesperson with that user is an employee who is a child employee of a login user, Verify if the internal user is a child of the current user. This can be determined by checking if the user's employee is a child of the currently logged-in user,
Click the 'Login' button to login account.
Enter password and click the 'Confirm' button to log into account.
The internal user has successfully logged in.
The portal user has successfully logged in.

Who can log in as any user using this app?
- Only users with the Administrator access level can log in as any user in the system.
Can regular users log in as others?
- Regular users can only log in as their child users, based on employee hierarchy.
How does the app determine if a user is a child of another?
- The app checks the employee structure—if the logged-in user’s employee is a parent of another employee, access is allowed.
How are portal users handled in this hierarchy?
- The app verifies if a portal user is a child by checking if the portal’s linked salesperson is a child employee of the current user.
Will this app affect existing user permissions?
- No, it works alongside existing permissions and simply adds login access based on hierarchy and roles.
