Configuration & Usage
From API key setup to order activity in Klaviyo
Configure Klaviyo Instance
Email Marketing → Klaviyo → Klaviyo Instance. Enter name + private API key. Enable auto-export / auto-import if needed.
Test connection
Click Test Connection. Status bar shows Connected or Error with the last test timestamp.
Import lists & profiles
Use Import Lists to pull Klaviyo lists into Mass Mailing and Klaviyo List Details (with contacts).
Import result feedback
Success feedback shows how many new lists were imported.
Export selected lists
Export wizard for mailing lists or Klaviyo detail lists that are not yet linked.
Select mailing lists to export
Choose Odoo mailing lists without a Klaviyo ID and push them with their contacts.
Export from mailing list form
On any mailing list, set the Klaviyo instance and click Export List And Contacts.
Klaviyo Lists Details
Browse imported lists, open contacts, and track last import/export times.
Import customers for a list
On a list detail form, use Import Customers to refresh profiles from Klaviyo.
Export selected customers
Wizard to push chosen Odoo mailing contacts into a Klaviyo list as profiles.
Export sale order details
On a sale order, click Export to Klaviyo (or enable auto-export on confirm).
Activity log on Klaviyo profile
Placed Order events appear on the customer profile activity timeline in Klaviyo.
