Partner requisites visualisation

Companion view layer for kw_account_partner_requisites. Adds a "Partner Requisites" notebook page to the contact form (visible for company-type partners) exposing legal name, IPN, EDRPOU, VAT certificate number, taxation scheme, signatories, legal and postal address. Also registers the kw.taxation.scheme management menu under Contacts configuration.

Used by

Install this module when an admin UI for partner legal/tax fields is needed without yet installing a full printable-document module. Pairs with kw_account_partner_requisites (the data layer).
