Description of the Module
When you use the module DMS Vchasno, you can easily transfer any document to the document management service Vchasno in time for signing. The module will help you track automatic status changes and signatures. It will make uploading signed PDF documents (invoices, contracts, acts, invoices, waybills, etc.) to the Odoo system pleasant and easy.

Module settings
In order to install the Vchasno module (kw_dms_vchasno) in the Odoo system, go to the Add-ons menu and enter “vchasno” into the search box. On the displayed modules, click the "Install" button.
In order to set up the Vchasno module in the Odoo system, you need to get an ARI token. You should:
• Log in or register on Vchasno website ; Registration instructions
• In the upper right part, select "Company Settings".
• Next, select the required company and go to the "Employees" section. Select an employee (a token can only be generated for an employee with administrator rights);
• Click the "Generate token for automation via API" button.
Click the "Copy token" button.
The next step is to go to the Documents menu and download the necessary files.
In kanban or list mode, click the «Send to Vchasno» button.
In the opened window, you should specify: Contact (if necessary), Company (if necessary), Timely, EDRPOU of the owner, EDRPOU of the recipient, Category (the list lists the most popular types of external documents, if the required type of document is not available, you should leave the field "Type not selected"), Type, Amount, Email Recipient and click the Send File button.
Example of filling in the Timely field (it is mandatory to specify the token, the owner's EDRPOU and the owner's Email):
The document is sent for signature in Vchasno and is displayed in the Vchasno menu item, Documents submenu, in the status Document is ready for signature and sending (specified counterparty data).
Additional features of this module are: uploading the original document, previewing the document, uploading the document as an archive (which will allow downloading the signatures of the parties). With the help of the SYNC CONTACT button, you will start the process of searching for a contact in the Odoo system, and if it is available, the Contact field will be filled in automatically.
With the help of this module, you will save valuable time and minimize boring but necessary paper work, now at any moment you can easily find and print the necessary documents on your computer in a couple of minutes.
It is recommended, after familiarizing yourself with the theoretical part, to watch a video example of sending a document to Vchasno: "Vchasno" video instruction.
