Overview
This module enables automated email notifications for activity events such as creation, assignment, modification, cancellation, or completion, targeted to both the creator and the assigned user. The goal is to improve visibility, reduce oversights, and keep stakeholders informed through timely email updates. It also allows users to selectively enable or disable notifications per activity type.

Available in Odoo 19.0 Community and Enterprise.
Target the notifications to both the activity creator and the assignee, and allow users to selectively enable or disable notifications per activity type.
Easy setup with no extra configuration required.

After installing the app, you can selectively enable or disable notifications for each activity type.
Schedule Activity for Users.
Automatically sends activity notification emails to the assigned user when activities are marked done, edited, or cancelled.
Click the Edit button and make changes as required.
An email is sent to the user whenever the activity is edited.
Click the Mark Done button.
Clicking the Mark Done button automatically sends an email to the user.
Click the Cancel button.
Clicking the Cancel button automatically sends an email to the user.
