Angola AGT SAF-T (AO)
Billing SAF-T (AO) XML audit file for the Administração Geral Tributária
Produce the Angolan billing SAF-T (AO) XML audit file required by the AGT — Administração Geral Tributária under Presidential Decree No. 71/25 (certified billing software, effective September 2025). Posted customer invoices and credit notes are aggregated into a single OECD-derived SAF-T (AO) file for download and submission to the AGT.
What it does
Billing SAF-T (AO) export
Header + MasterFiles (customers, products, IVA tax table) + SourceDocuments/SalesInvoices, with one Invoice per posted customer document, per-line tax detail (NOR / RED / ISE), DebitAmount / CreditAmount and DocumentTotals.
Period export model
Pick a date range; Odoo collects the posted invoices and credit notes, builds the file, stores it as a downloadable attachment and records the document and total counts.
Real NIF validation
Recognises the ten-digit collective-person NIF (with an advisory mod-11 check digit) and the BI-derived individual NIF (e.g. 004999979LA042), plus the 999999999 consumidor-final placeholder, on company and partner.
Phase & threshold engine
Classifies the company into Phase 1 (large taxpayers & State suppliers), Phase 2 or Phase 3, and flags each document that must be issued electronically because its phase is active or its amount exceeds the Kz 25,000,000 electronic-issuance threshold.
SAF-T (AO) business-rule validation
An Angola rule set layered on the shared engine's EN 16931-style core: company NIF, customer NIF, IVA tax codes, AOA currency and credit-note referencing, surfaced before export.
BYOK software certification
The AGT SoftwareValidationNumber is held on the company record and emitted in the SAF-T Header. Nothing is bundled or sent anywhere except the file you generate and submit yourself.

(AOA). The connector builds on a shared e-Invoice Core Engine and
registers an Angolan jurisdiction profile and validation rule set.
Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19.
Disclosure: this module generates a SAF-T (AO) XML file locally for you to download and submit to the AGT. It transmits nothing on its own; your NIF and software-certification number are stored solely on your own database.
