Bulgaria SAF-T Assets
Annual NRA SAF-T (BG) fixed-assets annex with a real depreciation engine
Produce the annual fixed-assets section of the Bulgarian
SAF-T (BG) audit file required by the
NRA — National Revenue Agency (Национална агенция за приходите).
The annual deliverable carries the complete fixed-asset register
(MasterFiles/Assets) with, per asset, the acquisition and
production cost, the accumulated and per-period depreciation
movements and the closing book value — the data this module
computes and exports on the OECD SAF-T 2.0 schema
urn:OECD:StandardAuditFile-Tax:BG_2.00.
Built on top of the Bulgaria SAF-T (BG) connector
(l10n_bg_saft) and the shared e-Invoice Core Engine. It adds
a dedicated, auditable asset register and a real depreciation engine
rather than reusing the parent's best-effort asset reader.
What it does
Fixed-asset register
A dedicated asset model with acquisition cost, acquisition / in-service dates, salvage value, useful life, depreciation method, asset category, accounts and disposal handling, plus a computed accumulated depreciation and net book value.
ЗКПО Art. 55 categories
The seven Bulgarian corporate-tax depreciation categories with their statutory maximum annual rates, seeded for you and used as the defaults for new assets (rate, method and useful life).
Real depreciation engine
Straight-line, declining-balance (with automatic switch to straight-line) and sum-of-the-years'-digits methods, prorated by acquisition month, generating a year-by-year schedule of opening cost, charge, accumulated depreciation and closing book value.
SAF-T (BG) Assets annex
Builds the OECD SAF-T 2.0 Assets block per asset
(Valuations with acquisition cost, depreciation method,
period and accumulated depreciation, remaining life and book value) plus
acquisition / disposal / depreciation AssetTransaction
movements so the annex reconciles to the General Ledger.
Key features
One-click annual export
Choose a fiscal year; Odoo collects the register, computes each asset's figures for that year, builds the XML annex, stores it as a downloadable attachment and records asset count, total cost, period depreciation and closing book value.
Validation against NRA rules
A Bulgarian asset rule set on the engine framework checks the company EIK / VAT, a positive cost, a salvage value within the cost, a supported method, a valid useful life and the ЗКПО category rate cap before you generate the annex.
Period closing
A one-click action marks the year's depreciation charge as posted on each asset and advances the register, with an optional year-end reminder cron that refreshes running schedules.
BYOK & private by design
The module generates the XML annex locally for you to download and submit to the NRA. It transmits nothing on its own; your asset and identifier data stay solely on your own database.
Compatibility
Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19 (Community and
Enterprise). Depends on the Bulgaria SAF-T (BG) connector
(l10n_bg_saft) and the e-Invoice Core Engine.
Disclosure: this module generates a SAF-T (BG) Assets XML annex for you to download and submit to the NRA. No data is sent anywhere else.
