Chile Previred Payroll for Odoo
AFP, Fonasa/Isapre, Seguro de Cesantia and the Previred 105-field remuneraciones file
Run statutory Chilean payroll directly in Odoo and export the monthly Previred declaration. This module computes the AFP pension contributions, the legal 7% health (Fonasa or Isapre), the SIS and the unemployment insurance (Seguro de Cesantia) for each worker, then builds the canonical Previred "formato largo fijo por posicion" file — one line per worker, 105 fixed-position fields. It is built on the Human Resources app and carries its own payslip and computation models, so it needs no Enterprise payroll. Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19, Community and Enterprise.
Previred 105-field file
The full fixed-position remuneraciones file: every column right- or left-justified and padded to its exact width, accents stripped to ASCII, with a structural validator that guarantees each line keeps its 105-column shape before you download and upload it to Previred.
AFP, SIS & UF ceiling
Pension: 10% cotizacion obligatoria plus the AFP comision on taxable pay, with the SIS as an employer cost, all capped at the pension UF ceiling (87.8 UF default). The AFP institution codes are mapped to the Previred codigo previsional.
Salud & Cesantia
Health: the legal 7% to Fonasa, or the 7% floor plus the Isapre additional contribution (the excess of the agreed plan over 7%). Unemployment insurance: employee 0.6% + employer 2.4% on indefinite contracts, or employer 3% on fixed-term contracts, each capped at the AFC UF ceiling.
RUT validation
The employee RUT is validated with the official modulo-11 check-digit algorithm and split into body and verification digit for the file's separate columns, so bad RUTs are caught before payroll is run.
Payroll runs & registers
Populate workers, compute every contribution and net pay in one click, review run totals, and export a CSV or Excel Libro de Remuneraciones. A remittance summary wizard totals AFP, salud and cesantia for the run so you know exactly what to declare and pay in Previred.
BYOK-friendly: the module produces the Previred file and registers locally; you upload the file to Previred with your own employer credentials. No employee data leaves Odoo.
Disclosure: this module computes statutory contributions locally and produces the Previred file and register; it does not transmit any data to a third party. Every rate, ceiling, UF value and institution code carries a current default and is fully editable; confirm them against the latest official Superintendencia de Pensiones, Isapre and AFC guidance before running live payroll.
