Spain Veri*FACTU Certified Billing
SHA-256 hash chain, registro de facturacion, AEAT QR and submission prep
Make your Odoo customer invoices compliant with the Spanish Veri*FACTU anti-tamper billing regime (RD 1007/2023, Orden HAC/1177/2024). Every customer invoice and credit note is turned into a registro de facturacion de alta, fingerprinted with a SHA-256 huella chained onto the previous record, tagged with the AEAT cotejo QR code and prepared for submission to the AEAT RegFactuSistemaFacturacion web service. Mandatory for corporate income-tax payers from 1 January 2027 (1 July 2027 for the rest).
Tamper-evident hash chain
Each billing record carries a SHA-256 huella computed over the AEAT canonical field string plus the previous record's huella (encadenamiento). This forges an append-only chain: altering any record breaks every hash after it. A chain verifier re-computes and checks an entire sequence.
Registro de facturacion
Full alta / anulacion records with the VAT desglose (rate, régimen, qualification), TipoFactura (F1 / F2 / F3 / R1..R5), totals, chaining block, the SistemaInformatico block and TipoHuella.
AEAT cotejo QR
The Veri*FACTU verification-URL QR (nif / numserie / fecha / importe) is rendered to a PNG for the printed invoice, with editable pre-production and production AEAT hosts.
AEAT submission (BYOK)
A RegFactuSistemaFacturacion envelope builder and a bring-your-own-key mutual-TLS client (your own electronic certificate) with editable endpoints, automatic retry/backoff and full transport logging.
Real NIF validation
DNI (mod-23 control letter), NIE (X/Y/Z mapping) and CIF (alternating-weight control character) checksum algorithms on company and partner, so a wrong issuer NIF can never poison the hash chain.
Business-rule validation
A Spain rule set layered on the EN 16931-style core: valid issuer/recipient NIF, EUR currency, recognised TipoFactura and a rectificative reference for credit notes. Validate before you register.
Built on the e-Invoice Core Engine
This connector reuses the shared e-Invoice Core Engine (QR renderer, validation framework, BYOK REST transport and the e-Invoicing document model). It adds an onboarding wizard, a configuration model, an optional batch register-and-submit cron and full transport logging. Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19 Community.
Disclosure: this module transmits invoice data only to the AEAT Veri*FACTU endpoint you configure. Your electronic certificate and NIF are stored solely on your own database and are never sent anywhere else.
