日本 電子帳簿保存法 電子取引データ保存

電子取引データを電子帳簿保存法が求めるとおりに保存 — 検索可能・改ざん検知可能・ 法定保存期間にわたる保管。

なぜこのモジュールか

2024年1月1日以降、日本の電子帳簿保存法の電子取引保存の規定が義務化されました。 電子的に授受した請求書・領収書・見積書・明細書は、その電子形式のまま保存し、 2つの要件 —— 可視性（閲覧・印刷・検索が可能であること） と真実性（改ざんを防止または記録する措置）—— を満たさなければ なりません。本モジュールはOdooをこの要件に適合した保存基盤に変えます。いかなる 当局へもデータを送信せず、税務調査に備えてレコードをご自身のデータベース内に 保管します。

必須の3項目検索

保存した各レコードには、法定の3つの検索項目 —— 取引年月日、取引金額、取引先 —— がインデックス付きの検索可能なフィールドとして付与されます。日付範囲、金額範囲、 取引先、またはこれらの2つ以上の組み合わせで、国税庁が求めるとおりに絞り込めます。

SHA-256による改ざん検知

保存時に各ファイルへSHA-256のフィンガープリントを付与します。ワンクリックの 整合性チェックでファイルを再ハッシュし、内容がフィンガープリントと一致しなくなった レコードを検知します。

ハッシュチェーン監査ログ

保存・閲覧・検証・訂正・出力の各操作は追記専用の監査ログに記録されます。各エントリは ハッシュチェーンに封印され、行の削除・編集・並べ替えを検知できます —— 「訂正・削除の 履歴が残るシステム」という真実性の要件に対応します。

法定保存期間の管理

保存期限は事業年度末と申告日から法人税法に基づいて算出します。標準7年、欠損金の 繰越年度は自動的に10年に延長。日次ジョブが「保存期間内／経過」のステータスを 常に最新に保ちます。

訂正ワークフロー 訂正版でレコードを差し替えつつ、原本は削除せず保持。
適合スコアリング 各レコードを電子帳簿保存法のルールセットで点検し、対応状況スコアと指摘事項を表示。

利用の流れ

  1. 会社に事業年度末と真実性ポリシーを設定します。
  2. 電子書類を保存します —— 手動で、または既存の仕入請求書・請求書の添付ファイルからワンステップで。
  3. ファイルへフィンガープリントが付与され、保存期限が算出され、監査ログのエントリが封印されます。
  4. 取引年月日・取引金額・取引先で検索し、調査時には索引簿を出力します。

範囲と開示

これはローカルな保存基盤です。レコードと索引簿を、ご自身のOdooデータベース内で 作成・保管します。国税庁や第三者へデータを送信することはなく、認定タイムスタンプ 機関でもありません —— タイムスタンプ方式を選んだ場合、ご自身のプロバイダーで付与 したタイムスタンプの日時と付与者を記録します。実装した法定保存ルール（7年／10年、 申告から2か月の起算）は法人税法に従いますが、ご自身の申告期限は必ず税理士にご確認 ください。

Japan Denshi Hozonho Electronic-Record Archive

Archive electronic transaction records (電子取引データ) the way the Japanese Electronic Bookkeeping Act requires — searchable, tamper-evident and retained for the statutory period.

Why this module

Since 1 January 2024 the electronic-transaction provisions of Japan's Electronic Bookkeeping Act (電子帳簿保存法) are mandatory: any invoice, receipt, quotation or statement received or sent electronically must be kept in its electronic form and satisfy two pillars — visibility (viewable, printable and searchable) and authenticity (a control that prevents or records tampering). This module turns Odoo into that compliant archive. It transmits nothing to any authority — it keeps the records inside your database, ready for a tax inspection.

Mandatory three-key search & SHA-256

The three statutory search keys — date, amount and counterparty — as indexed, searchable fields with range and combination filters. Each file is fingerprinted with SHA-256, with a one-click integrity check that flags any tampered record.

Hash-chained audit log & retention clock

Archive, view, verify, correction and export events written to an append-only, chain-sealed audit log. Retention deadlines computed from your fiscal-year end: 7 years standard, automatically extended to 10 years for loss-carryforward years.

Scope & disclosure

A local archive: it builds and stores the records and the index register (索引簿) inside your own Odoo database. It does not transmit data to the National Tax Agency or any third party and is not a certified timestamp authority. Choose timestamp, no-tamper system, or a registered clerical-procedure rulebook (事務処理規程). Compatible with Odoo 18 and 19, Community and Enterprise.
