한국 전자세금계산서 수신

수신한 국세청(NTS) 전자세금계산서를 Odoo 매입 청구서로 자동 변환 — 직접 보유한 홈택스 인증정보 사용 (BYOK).

한국의 매입 사업자는 매 과세기간마다 공급자로부터 수천 건의 국세청 표준 전자세금계산서를 수신합니다. 이 앱은 해당 XML 문서를 —— 홈택스 오픈 API, 등록된 ASP 사서함에서 가져오거나 직접 업로드하여 —— 읽어들이고, 국세청이 정의한 대로 모든 필수 항목을 파싱·검증한 뒤, 올바른 부가가치세와 함께 Odoo에서 해당 매입 청구서를 생성합니다.

기능

국세청 표준 XML 파서

공식 KEC/NTS 전자세금계산서 스키마 (urn:kr:or:kec:standard:Tax:...)를 읽어들입니다. ExchangedDocument 헤더(발급 ID, 발급일, 문서 TypeCode 및 PurposeCode), 공급자/공급받는자/위수탁 거래 당사자와 그 사업자등록번호, 모든 품목 행, 문서의 합계·세액·총액을 추출합니다. 네임스페이스에 관대하여 실제 홈택스·ASP 내보내기 파일도 처리합니다.

사업자등록번호 검증

10자리 사업자등록번호를 공표된 국세청 체크 디지트 알고리즘(가중치 1·3·7·1·3·7·1·3·5 및 문서화된 보정항)으로 검증합니다. 공급자는 사업자등록번호로 기존 거래처와 매칭되며, 매칭되지 않는 공급자는 자동으로 생성됩니다.

정확한 한국 부가가치세

각 문서를 TypeCode에 따라 과세(10%), 영세율(0%) 또는 면세로 분류하고, 매입 청구서에 해당 매입 세금을 적용하며, 산술 정합성(부가세 = 공급가액의 10%; 합계 = 공급가액 + 부가세)을 청구서 생성 전에 검증합니다.

BYOK 홈택스 / ASP 조회

임의의 기간에 대해 수신 세금계산서를 납세자 홈택스 오픈 API 토큰 또는 등록된 ASP(팝빌, 바로빌 등) 사서함에서 직접 가져옵니다. 인증정보는 직접 키 사용 방식으로, 사용자의 데이터베이스에만 저장되며 공유되지 않습니다. 모든 호출은 전송 로그에 기록됩니다.

작동 방식

  1. 회사 사업자등록번호와 (선택적으로) 홈택스/ASP 연결을 설정합니다.
  2. 특정 기간의 수신 세금계산서를 가져오거나 표준 XML을 업로드합니다.
  3. 앱이 파싱·검증하고 공급자 거래처를 매칭합니다.
  4. 파싱된 문서를 검토한 뒤 클릭 한 번으로 매입 청구서를 생성하거나, 예약 작업이 처리하도록 둡니다.

준수 범위

이 모듈은 직접 보유한 국세청 홈택스 / ASP 인증정보를 사용하여 수신한 전자세금계산서를 파싱하고 (선택적으로) 조회합니다. 인증 ASP가 아니며 사용자를 대신해 아무것도 발급하지 않습니다 —— 발급과 청산은 국세청 및 사용자의 등록 시스템에 남아 있습니다.

Korea e-Tax Inbound

Turn received NTS e-Tax invoices (전자세금계산서) into Odoo vendor bills automatically — using your own Hometax credentials (BYOK).

Korean buyers receive thousands of NTS standard e-Tax invoices every period. This app reads those XML documents — pulled from your Hometax open-API or your licensed ASP mailbox, or uploaded by hand — parses every mandatory field exactly as the National Tax Service defines it, validates it, and creates the matching vendor bill with the correct VAT.

NTS standard XML parser & BRN validation

Reads the official KEC/NTS schema (header, trade parties, lines, totals), namespace-tolerant for real exports. Every 10-digit Business Registration Number is checked with the NTS check-digit algorithm; suppliers are matched by BRN, unmatched ones created.

Correct Korean VAT & BYOK retrieval

Classifies each document as taxable (10%), zero-rated (0%) or exempt and verifies arithmetic coherence. Pulls received invoices from your Hometax open-API token or licensed ASP mailbox; credentials are BYOK, stored only in your database.

Compliance boundary

This module parses and (optionally) retrieves your received e-Tax invoices using your own NTS Hometax / ASP credentials. It is not a certified ASP and issues nothing on your behalf; issuance and clearance remain with the NTS. Output is a posted-ready Odoo vendor bill with the source invoice linked and archived (5-year XML retention).
