Donation Complement for Mexican E-Invoicing
This module adds the donation complement for e-invoicing in compliance with Mexican tax regulations.
Configuration
To properly use the module, the following fields must be configured in the Accounting module:
Authorization Number:
- The document number issued by the SAT to authorize the reception of deductible donations.
Authorization Date:
- The date of the document issued by the SAT to authorize the reception of deductible donations.
Note:
- The field to indicate that the voucher issued originates from a donation.
Additionally, you must configure the following field on the Customer form:
Need Donations?:
This field determines whether the donation complement should be used in the customer's invoices.
Usage
Once the configuration is complete:
Create or open a customer invoice.
Enter the invoice's information.
Validate the invoice to include the donation complement.
