Fácil de adaptar a tu negocio

Configura el Libro de Reclamaciones desde el backend de Odoo. Define el plazo de atención y el usuario responsable de quejas y reclamos. Revisa también en la sección de seguridad del usuario que este tenga acceso a "Libro de Reclamaciones".

the module you sent me doesn't have the Kanban view.

Greetings.

I purchased the complaints book module, and my programmer tells me the following:


There is one thing about the complaints book module: the module you sent me doesn't have the Kanban view. This image in the Odoo app store shows that it should have that view, but it's not in the code. It would be a good idea to contact support so they can send you an updated module that includes that view.


Please send me an update to the module that resolves this issue.
