Poland JPK_V7M / JPK_V7K (JPK_VAT)
VAT register + declaration XML generator for Poland with KSeF-era field mapping
Produce the Polish JPK_VAT with declaration file required by the
Ministry of Finance (Ministerstwo Finansów) and filed
through the KAS (Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa) gateway. The file
fuses the VAT register (ewidencja) and the VAT return (deklaracja) into
one structured XML document on the current schema (3), mandatory
from 1 February 2026, in the namespace
http://crd.gov.pl/wzor/2025/12/19/14090/ (JPK_V7M) /
http://crd.gov.pl/wzor/2025/12/19/14089/ (JPK_V7K).
Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19.
What it does
JPK_V7M / JPK_V7K export
The combined register + declaration file in two variants: JPK_V7M — the monthly filer's file (ewidencja + deklaracja every month); JPK_V7K — the quarterly filer's file (the ewidencja monthly, the deklaracja only with the third month of each quarter).
Full file structure
Naglowek (header: form code, system version, purpose-of-submission, period, tax-office code), Podmiot1 (taxpayer NIP / name / e-mail), Deklaracja (the P_ positions computed from the register) and Ewidencja (SprzedazWiersz sales rows + SprzedazCtrl, ZakupWiersz purchase rows + ZakupCtrl control sums).
KSeF-era field mapping
Each register row optionally carries the 35-character KSeF reference number (NrKSeF) the National e-Invoice System assigns to a cleared structured invoice, so the JPK_VAT ties back to the KSeF clearance — ready for the 2026 mandate.
Real Polish identifier validation
The official check-digit algorithms for the NIP (10-digit, mod-11 weighted), the REGON (9- and 14-digit) and the PESEL (11-digit personal number with embedded-date plausibility), applied on the company and partner.
VAT-rate mapping
Poland's 23% standard, 8% and 5% reduced, 0%, and exempt (zw) / out-of-scope (np) buckets mapped to the correct JPK register K-fields and declaration P-positions.
Period export model
Pick a variant, year and month; Odoo collects the posted sales / purchase documents, builds the file, stores it as a downloadable attachment and records the row / VAT totals.
JPK_VAT business-rule validation
A Poland rule set layered on the engine's EN 16931-style core: company NIP, PLN currency, register K-codes, the BRAK final-consumer placeholder for cash-register sales and correction referencing.
Editable Ministry-of-Finance defaults
The destination tax-office code and contact e-mail are held on the company record. An onboarding wizard, an optional flag-pending cron and the e-Invoicing menu round out the connector; nothing is bundled or sent except the file you generate and submit.

Built for Poland
Authority: Ministry of Finance (Ministerstwo Finansów), KAS
gateway. Format: JPK_V7M / JPK_V7K on schema (3),
http://crd.gov.pl/wzor/2025/12/19/14090/ /
.../14089/. Currency: Polish
złoty (PLN). The connector builds on the shared e-Invoice Core
Engine (validation framework and profile registry) and registers its own
Polish profile and validation rule set.
Disclosure: this module generates a JPK_V7M / JPK_V7K XML file locally for you to download and submit to the Ministry of Finance. It transmits nothing on its own; your NIP, REGON and tax-office code are stored solely on your own database.
