Poland KSeF e-Invoice
KSeF 2.0 · FA(3) structured XML · UPO clearance · NIP validation
Connect Odoo to Poland's National e-Invoice System (Krajowy System e-Faktur) operated by the Ministry of Finance. Generate FA(3) structured invoices, submit them for clearance and track every document through to its official UPO receipt. Compatible with Odoo 18 & 19.
Built for the KSeF 2.0 mandate
Large taxpayers from 1 February 2026, remaining VAT payers from 1 April 2026, and micro-enterprises from 1 January 2027. Be ready before the deadline with first-class FA(3) generation and clearance.
FA(3) Structured XML
Invoices and corrections (KOR) are emitted in the Ministry of Finance Faktura schema — header, Podmiot1/Podmiot2 parties, the Fa body with per-rate VAT breakdown (P_13/P_14 families) and FaWiersz line rows.
Real NIP Validation
Company and partner NIP numbers are checked with the official modulo-11 checksum, so a mistyped tax ID is caught long before KSeF would reject the invoice.
Clearance & UPO
Open an interactive KSeF session, send the invoice, poll its status and capture the KSeF reference number and UPO — the official receipt confirmation — straight onto the invoice and its chatter.
BYOK Token
Your KSeF authorisation token is your own: stored only on your database under the administrator group and used solely to open KSeF sessions. It is never bundled and never leaves your system.
Verification QR
Each cleared invoice carries a QR code that points at the public KSeF web verifier and encodes the invoice SHA-256 hash, so a recipient can confirm authenticity without logging in.
Test · Demo · Production
Switch between the Ministry of Finance test, demo (pre-production) and production environments. The official endpoint URLs are pre-filled as editable defaults, and every call is logged for support and compliance.
Engine-backed architecture
This connector builds on the shared e-Invoice Core Engine: it reuses the engine's validation framework, QR engine and BYOK REST transport instead of duplicating them, and registers a Poland profile against the engine. Install the engine alongside this module.
Disclosure
This module transmits invoice data only to the KSeF endpoint you configure (test, demo or production) using your own KSeF authorisation token. No invoice data is sent anywhere else.

What this product is (and is not)
We provide the software. It runs entirely under your own KSeF registration and credentials (bring-your-own-key): you generate your KSeF authorisation token in your own KSeF account and the module uses it to talk directly to the Ministry of Finance. We are not a KSeF integrator, operator, intermediary or certification body, and we do not act on your behalf before the tax authority. The clearance relationship is strictly between you (the taxpayer) and the Ministry of Finance. We provide product support, and the purchase is refundable under the marketplace terms.
