Uzbekistan e-Faktura for Odoo
Soliq e-faktura compliant invoicing — generate the facturadoc JSON, seal it with your qualified e-signature (ЭЦП), and submit it to SoliqOnline, directly from Odoo.
What It Does
This module makes Odoo ready for the State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan (Soliq) e-faktura mandate. It builds the Soliq facturadoc JSON for customer invoices and credit notes, validates them against the e-faktura business rules, prepares the qualified electronic signature (ЭЦП) over the canonical document, and submits the signed document to SoliqOnline for registration. The official factura number, registration state and a my.soliq.uz verification QR are stored back on the invoice.
Key Features
facturadoc JSON Generation
Soliq envelope with seller / buyer blocks, an IKPU-coded product list, 12% / zero-rated / exempt / out-of-scope VAT bucketing, refund (corrected) factura referencing, and a deterministic canonical signing string.
e-Signature (ЭЦП) Preparation
Computes the SHA-256 digest of the canonical JSON and builds a detached JWS seal from your BYOK soft certificate, or prepares the digest for a hardware ЭЦП token (PKCS#11) to sign.
SoliqOnline Submission
Sign-and-send, status polling and cancellation over the documented e-faktura REST API, with editable sandbox / production endpoints and automatic retry / backoff.
INN & PINFL Validation
9-digit INN (with the published State Tax Committee mod-11 check-digit algorithm) and 14-digit PINFL structural validators on the company and partners.
Factura Number & QR
Stores the SoliqOnline factura id / number and registration timestamp, and builds a my.soliq.uz verification QR rendered to a PNG on a dedicated invoice tab.
Onboarding Wizard
A guided setup captures the company INN, OKED, bank details and SoliqOnline credentials in one step, with a one-click connection check.
Requirements
- Odoo 18.0 or 19.0 (Community or Enterprise).
- The e-Invoice Core Engine module (shared builders, validation and transport).
- A SoliqOnline e-faktura account and a qualified e-signature (ЭЦП) issued by an accredited Uzbek certification authority.
- Python libraries: lxml, qrcode, requests, cryptography (standard with most Odoo deployments).
