Audit Log Rule Configurations
Navigate to Settings > Technical > Audit Logs > Audit Log Configuration
Create a New Audit Log Rules Configuration
Click on the New button to create a new configuration.
Here is an example:
- Provide a value for the Name field.
- Select a Model for configuration.
- Select the checkboxes to log actions for create, write, read, and unlink methods as needed.

Log Type is for choosing the type of log you want, such as User Wise, User
Group, or All.
- If you select User Wise, a field will appear for selecting the user.
- If you select User Group, a field will appear for selecting the group.
- Track Field is used to track specific fields from the selected model.
- If the Send Email field is checked, a new field for recipients will be displayed, allowing you to choose a contact.
- Audit log configuration will only be applied after confirmation.
Logs
Navigate to Settings > Technical > Audit Logs > Logs
The logs will be recorded and displayed here. Below is an example:
Clear Logs
Navigate to Settings > Technical > Audit Logs > Clear Logs
When clicking on the Clear Logs, a pop-up will open.
- Use Log Type and Models to clear the logs of a specific model and log type.
- If you do not specify a model, the logs of the selected log type from all models will be cleared.
There is a cron job configured to send emails automatically.
