List Swipe Actions

Configure and use powerful swipe actions in list views. Swipe left or right on a record to quickly trigger custom actions like delete archive duplicate without opening the form view.

  • Configure swipe actions directly from Settings → Technical → List Swipe Actions
  • Set up actions per model and per view
  • Restrict actions to specific user groups

Configuration

1. Navigate to Settings → Technical → List Swipe Actions
2. Create a new swipe action and assign:

  • Model – the target model for the swipe action
  • View – specific view where the swipe action applies
  • Groups – restrict to selected user groups
3. Save and test directly in the list view. 4. enable and disable left and right swipes separately
