Getting Started
Set up AI in 3 steps
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) — you control your API key and usage costs directly through Google Cloud.
Get Gemini API Key
Visit aistudio.google.com, sign in with your Google account, and generate a free API key. Gemini Flash has a generous free tier.
Paste Key in Settings
Go to Settings → Discuss → Lema Smart Inbox → AI Settings and paste your Gemini API key. Select your preferred model (Flash recommended).
Start Using AI
AI features activate immediately. Go to Lost Messages to try route suggestion, or open any document and click Summarize Thread.
