Choose a promotional program and create a new rule
Firstly you should ensure that the debug mode is on. Go to Sale -> Products -> Discount & Loyalty ->Create a new program. After creating the program we can see that a 'Add' button in Rules & Reward section.
Set the Domain
On the wizard we can see that the field for adding the customer domain. Click on it.
Set the Domain Rule
On the wizard we can set the rule for selecting the customer using any rules. After setting the rules then save it.
Confirm the rule
Apply the promotion
Select Needed Customers for the Particular Promotional Program.
Available in Odoo 18.0 Community.
